3. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- However, we reserve the right to make an exception at our sole discretion in special cases.
- For custom or large catering orders, customers must contact the restaurant directly to discuss details and timelines.
4. Delivery and Pickup
- We offer both pickup and delivery orders through our website. Customers may choose ASAP or scheduled times subject to availability.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds may be issued only for missing or incorrect items reported within two days of order fulfillment.
- All refunds are granted at the restaurant’s discretion after reviewing the situation.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method when approved.
- Tips added during checkout are final and non-refundable.
